Our Solution

Our team started by researching the target audience and competitor apps to understand what users prioritize in delivery applications. Based on these insights, we designed an interface with a focus on: fast product or menu item search, seamless cart management, a minimal-click checkout process. To ensure efficient development for both iOS and Android, we used React Native, enabling single-codebase deployment. The backend was built with Node.js, integrating payment services such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe for one-click payments. We also implemented push notifications via Firebase, ensuring users received timely updates on order statuses and promotions. Additionally, we introduced a loyalty program, allowing users to earn points for orders. After multiple testing cycles and incremental releases, the app proved to be stable and intuitive, allowing the client to enter the delivery market quickly and attract a base of loyal customers.
